Terms of Service

WILL DRAW:
fanart • original characters • couple interactions (OCxOC, OCxCanon, CanonxCanon) • primarily human/humanoid characters*
* send inquiry for anthropomorphic characters beforehandWON'T DRAW:
mecha • detailed backgrounds • hateful and explicit offensive/discriminatory subjects • explicit NSFW* • celebrities/influencers/etc.
* mild nudity, suggestive themes, some gore is okayAdditional charges may apply for the following:
elaborate costume/armor detailing • additional characters within same piece • elaborate weapon design • elaborate items/propsPlease provide references. This includes screenshots, image(s) or description of pose, expressions, etc. This is a requirement, otherwise the commission will not be accepted. Do not send AI images for reference or your request will be denied.
Please list if there are specific details about the character you want included that may not be obvious or that you want altered in the reference provided (i.e. moles, freckles, piercings). A short description of your character is welcomed!I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any given reason.

USAGE POLICY

These commissions are for personal use only. You cannot distribute, reproduce or profit from the commission.
Do not use them commercially or reproduce the work.
Do not mint NFTs of my work.
Do not add my work to AI generators.
You're free to post the commissioned piece so long as there's credit @feywoods. You may request anonymity or for the piece to not be posted on my socials ahead of completion time.
As the artist, I reserve full rights and ownership of the final artwork and can use it for my portfolio/promotional materials.

PAYMENT

PAYPAL ONLY. Payment (USD) is in advance via invoice after sketch is approved by the client, partial is acceptable for larger pieces. Please provide the email associated to your Paypal.
Additional characters are a +50% charge of the base price for each.
Major revisions post-sketch approval will result in a revision fee that will vary depending on the complexity of the revision.REFUND POLICY.
Refund amount will vary at my discretion based on how far along the commission process is. The commission is non-refundable after it's been completed. You can cancel your commission before payment is sent.

HOW THIS WORKS

After your commission request is accepted, you'll receive a rough sketch (1-2) based on the info provided. During this time, any alterations can be made before going forward with the commission. An invoice will be sent when the rough sketch is approved. Once it's paid, I will keep you updated on the process for the complete sketch approval > refined sketch/lineart > color depending on the commission type. Major changes to the piece during the coloring process can result in an extra charge. Minor color adjustments can be made before completion, including a basic solid background color or gradient change.Please keep in mind I do not do rush orders and tend to work at a slower pace to provide quality on each piece.
